We used ECT to provide some last minute first aid training for our staff. The feedback I received as follows- The instructors were excellent communicators. Friendly and informative, but mainly, they made it a bit different and put a slightly different spin on things so that whilst they received the knowledge they needed, my guys actually enjoyed the day, which is a first for any course I’ve sent them on! Bravo ECT.

All of our staff have completed their First Aid and Customer Service training with ECT and I have only ever received excellent feedback. The instructors are always helpful and experience, they take the time to create realistic scenarios that are relevant to the industries we operate in and they have even made learning fun for a lot of my team that were nervous about “going back to school”.

I attended the Emergency First Aid at Work course (arranged through my work) held at Quest Consulting, along with a colleague of mine. The trainer was very knowledgeable, he went through everything in detail, and the session was very informative, and I received a qualification and certificate completion of the course. I would definitely recommend this ECT to anyone.

Very well run course, lots of information available and it was well thought out. I asked lots of questions which were all answered, excellent course – I very much enjoyed it.

I attended a first Aid refresher course along held at our premises, Parkgate Shopping Centre, Rotherham, and it was an excellent experience. The instructor was brilliant in all aspects he delivered the course in a very well-paced informative manner that made it easy for everyone to understand. He listened to any questions and took the time to explain and answer any queries.
